Engineered for reliability and performance, this machine is equipped with a 6-000 RPM, A2-5 nose main spindle driven by a robust 7-5 HP motor, with an optional upgrade to 10 HP for increased cutting power. Its superior construction includes a 20-degree slant bed angle for optimal chip evacuation and easy tooling access. The axis movement systems are highly precise, featuring a Box Way system on the X-axis and Turcite-coated, pressure-lubricated Box Ways on the Z-axis, ensuring exceptional dampening and rigidity. For rapid processing, the X and Z axes boast a quick traverse rate of 787 Inches Per Minute (20 m/min).

The machine’s capability to hold precision is paramount, offering a fine positioning accuracy of plus-minus 0-00015 inch and a repeatability of plus-minus 0-00008 inch. It handles parts up to a 7-87 inch turning diameter and a 5-5 inch turning length.
