The HBE411A Dynamic is BEHRINGER’s solution for efficient and precise automatic horizontal sawing. Designed for the steel trade and general industry, this bandsaw is built for low cost per cut while maintaining high standards of accuracy, even on difficult-to-machine metals and plastics. The machine’s core stability comes from its stable cast iron saw frame and cast iron band guiding parts, which together provide vibration damping directly at the cutting edge, significantly increasing tool life and cutting performance.

The machine’s intelligence is centered on the intuitive BehrCtrl10 touch control and the Auto-Feed-Control (AFC) system. The AFC allows the operator to select the material from an extensive database, and the system then automatically calculates the optimal saw feed and cutting speed—countering the shortage of skilled labor by placing sawing know-how into the control system. The saw feed itself is executed by a high-precision servo downfeed system via ball screw, resulting in precise feeds and significantly shorter idle times. Further features include a precision portal-design guide system, an electrically driven chip brush with a quick-change device, and an automatic guide arm that adjusts without operator intervention. The machine has a 90-degree cutting capacity of 410 mm (round) or 510 x 410 mm (flat) and includes a double clamping vice for process reliability on both single and bundle cuts.
