For miter cuts, it can handle 8-inch round stock at 45 degrees.

Power is delivered by a 2 HP drive motor with magnetic starter and overload protection, available in 230 volt or 460 volt 3-phase options. The machine utilizes a variable speed sheave pulley drive system, giving the operator full control over the 69 to 321 fpm blade speed range to optimize cutting for different materials. The descent of the saw head is precisely controlled by a valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder head feed, which is easily adjusted with a needle valve based on the material type and size.
