FHC350D

The FHC350D from Clausing is a robust, manually operated circular cold saw built for high-quality ferrous cutting. This machine ensures a burr-free cut every time, delivering superior finish quality compared to abrasive saws. Its standout feature is the two-speed spindle motor, providing 3 HP at the low speed (26 RPM) and 4 HP at the high speed (52 RPM). This versatility, combined with the correct 14-inch High-Speed Steel (HSS) blade selection, allows the operator to achieve optimal cutting performance across various mild steel materials, including solids, tubing, and flat stock.

The saw’s cutting head rotates a full 45 degrees left and right of center, making it perfect for a wide range of metal fabricating applications requiring accurate miter cuts. Precision and secure clamping are guaranteed by the unique self-centering vise, which keeps the material perfectly aligned with the blade for absolute cut perfection. Built with a totally enclosed fan-cooled motor and an enclosed worm gear drive, the FHC350D is engineered for trouble-free, heavy-duty operation. Standard features include a flood coolant system to extend blade life, a heavy-duty sheet metal base, and an adjustable stock stop.
