The SC-275 belongs to the Cosen Circular Cold Saw Series and is designed as a heavy-duty, semi-automatic machine that excels in a demanding production environment. This saw delivers on precision, efficiency, and exceptional durability, exceeding standard cold saw requirements. Its construction centers on a heavy-duty cast iron saw head that significantly reduces vibration to ensure quality cuts with a smooth surface finish, virtually eliminating the need for secondary deburring. The saw head features all-metal gears that are ground and hardened for maximum longevity and reliable performance.

Operators can cut a wide variety of materials, including tubing, pipe, extrusion, and solid bar stock. The direct drive blade motor setup allows for two selectable blade speeds, 60 RPM or 120 RPM, to optimize cutting based on the material application. Operation is streamlined with a self-centering pneumatic vise that clamps the material hands-free for optimal blade position and security. Additionally, the machine simplifies workflow by automatically shutting off the blade and raising the saw head to the top once a cut is complete, readying the machine for the next cycle without manual lifting. The saw can be operated in manual or semi-automatic mode via a foot pedal. It is also equipped with a stop bar for cutting repeatable lengths.
