The Cosen C-320NC is an advanced Horizontal Dual Column Band Saw built for continuous, high-volume production. Its primary strength lies in its robust hydraulic dual column structure, which delivers exceptional rigidity and stable cutting performance by precisely controlling feed pressure and feed rate. This dependable design ensures long-term accuracy and minimizes vibration in demanding environments. The machine is powered by the Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) control system, which provides the benefits of full NC-controlled saws at an economical price point. This system is capable of storing up to 100 different jobs, including quantity and length of cut, and automatically compensates for kerf loss.
