The SH-1010W is Cosen’s premium billet-cutting production band saw, built with rigid construction and superior features that exceed standard industrial requirements. Its foundation is a hydraulic dual column design, providing exceptional stability and accuracy during heavy cuts on large materials. The cutting capacity is substantial, handling both round and rectangular stock up to 39.4 inches by 39.4 inches.

The saw’s mechanics are centered on an inverter blade drive system, which allows for infinitely variable blade speeds between 66 and 328 FPM, enabling operators to optimize the cut for any material. This system is driven by a powerful 15 HP blade motor. Precision and durability are further enhanced by a hydraulic blade tensioning system, carbide blade guides and bearings, and a specially designed gearbox built to handle high lateral pressure without thermal distortion. Material handling is simplified by a cast iron hydraulic vise with a split jaw to help reduce burr.
