The C-650MNC is a high-performance Fabrication Production Band Saw from Cosen, specifically designed to be rugged, dependable, and advanced for high-volume metal cutting settings. The machine’s key feature is the Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology, which provides substantial benefits of NC-controlled saws at a fraction of the cost. The controls allow the operator to program up to 100 different jobs, specifying both the quantity and length of cut, with the system automatically compensating for kerf loss after data input, eliminating manual calculation for indexing.

Mechanically, the C-650MNC is exceptionally robust, built with a structure featuring hydraulic cylinder supports and a ball joint.
