The DoALL 400S Structural Band Saw is a versatile manual horizontal metal cutting saw designed to provide extremely accurate straight and miter cuts for users in low-production settings, particularly small-to-medium fabricators. Part of the StructurALL collection, this machine is suited for cutting all types of structural materials. Its swiveling head can achieve miter cuts up to 45 degrees. The saw features a robust 3 HP motor paired with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), which replaces the older variable pulley system, offering superior torque and infinitely adjustable blade speeds from 50 to 400 fpm to accommodate a wide range of materials from inconel to aluminum. The maximum cutting capacity is 16 inches wide by 10 inches high for rectangles and 10-75 inches for rounds at 0 degrees. The machine is built with high-durability plate steel and TIG welds and includes standard features like a Fixed Control Console for improved ergonomics, Rapid Head Down Approach with Fine Feed Control, and Coolant Thru Carbide Faced Saw Guide Inserts for increased blade life and straighter cuts. The 400S is proudly hand-assembled at DoALL’s corporate headquarters in Minnesota.
