The DS-280M is a robust and economical Manual Band Saw designed by DoALL for shops that require exceptional accuracy in low-volume production, fabrication, prototyping, or educational settings. Its primary advantage is the dual swivel head, which the operator manually unlocks and adjusts to make precise miter cuts from 45 degrees left to 60 degrees right, eliminating the need for complex material repositioning. This capability allows the machine to handle most vertical and angular cutting responsibilities with a single setup.

Engineered with an economically designed footprint, the DS-280M features a rectangular cutting capacity of 11 inches by 8 inches (280mm x 210mm) and a round tube capacity of 9 inches (230mm). Cutting performance is enhanced by carbide-faced saw guide inserts, a recirculating coolant system, and a two-speed band motor (1-1.5 hp) that provides cutting speeds of 115-230 fpm, suitable for various material types.
