The DS-600SA Dual-Miter Semi-Automatic Band Saw is a rugged, versatile machine designed for high-precision, angled cutting of tubing and structural shapes in demanding manufacturing and fabrication plants. This machine offers high versatility with a robust 5-horsepower motor and a large cutting capacity capable of handling round material up to 18 inches and rectangular stock up to 23-5 inches by 18 inches. The centerpiece is its dual-swivel head, which enables miter angle cuts up to 60 degrees in both the left and right directions, significantly boosting operational flexibility.

The saw operates via a semi-automatic cycle that maximizes productivity by allowing the operator to program key sequences, including head movement, band drive operation, and hydraulic vise clamping and unclamping. Control is simplified through a Mitsubishi digital touchscreen controller loaded with proprietary DoALL operating software.
