Material handling is automated with a 16-foot automatic loading table for round bar, and clamping is achieved with Four Point Material Clamping, including a split front vise and variable vise pressure control to prevent distortion. Interchangeable Hardened Tool Steel Wear Plates contribute to a near to burr-free finish on cut parts, allowing them to proceed directly to the next operation.
