The DC-1700SA is a member of the Continental Series™ of horizontal band saws, representing DoALL’s solution for heavy-duty, high-production metal cutting without the need for auto-indexing. This Dual Column, Semi-Automatic machine is built to cut a wide variety of metals with extreme efficiency for single-piece operations. Its dual-column design provides the rigidity and stability necessary to minimize vibration and deflection, ensuring precision and durability in demanding environments.

The machine offers substantial cutting capacity, handling round stock up to 51-1/4 inches (1300 mm) and rectangular material up to 67 x 51-1/4 inches (1700 x 1300 mm). Power is delivered by a robust 20 hp (15 kw) band drive, with band speeds adjustable from 39 to 246 FPM via an inverter system. Standard equipment includes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for hydraulic and electric functions, a power-driven, coolant-flushed wire brush for blade cleaning, hydraulic blade tensioning, and an automatic chip conveyor.
