The DC-300CNC Hercules is DoALL’s benchmark high-production, automatic and hydraulically operated horizontal CNC band saw, specifically designed for continuous, rapid throughput in industrial settings. Its Dual Column design provides maximum rigidity and stability to precisely cut a wide range of full and profile materials, including stainless steel and tool steel. The machine’s unique fully enclosed or “box” design ensures safe operation in high-traffic facilities by containing chips and keeping operators away from moving parts.

The machine is governed by a Siemens Touch-Screen Digital Controller (PLC), offering automatic programmable feed control and Variable Vise Pressure to prevent distortion in thin-wall materials. The material indexer is driven by a precise hydraulic cylinder-DRO system, with a single stroke of 19-9 inches that can be multiplied up to 393 inches, enabling efficient incremental indexing for slugging operations. Cutting efficiency is optimized by an Inverter Blade Drive for infinite speed control, a hydraulic band tensioning system, and a proprietary Modified Metered Feed System that uses two programmable inputs (ARP and RZP) to regulate the feed rate based on material resistance and blade position, ensuring constant tooth load. Standard features include an automatic guide arm setting, a split front vise, and the CMU function for automatic material retraction, all working together to protect the blade and maximize its life.
