The DC-420NC Production Band Saw from DoALL’s Continental Series is a robust, fully automatic machine engineered for non-stop, high-volume cutting in primary metal facilities and automotive production. Its durable, dual-column horizontal design ensures maximum rigidity, minimizing vibration and guaranteeing smooth and consistent cuts day after day. The machine provides a generous cutting capacity of 16-5 inches for both round and square materials.

Operation is fully digital, driven by a 10 HP band drive motor and controlled via Touchscreen Digital Controls with multi-lingual support and a 20-job storage function. Production efficiency is maximized by the hydraulic retractable shuttle vise material indexer, which features rapid and creep speed control and an impressive maximum index stroke length of 177 inches. The hydraulic system includes a multi-step full stroke vise with a split front vise and variable vise pressure control to prevent distortion, especially in thin-wall tubing.
