The DC-560NC is a high-performance, fully automated Production Band Saw from the DoALL Continental Series, engineered to cut a wide range of metals on a production basis. Its core stability comes from the dual-column design, which ensures superior rigidity and accuracy for straight, consistent cuts. The entire operation is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with a multi-lingual touch screen interface that can store up to 20 pre-defined jobs with batching capabilities, significantly boosting productivity and lowering the cost-per-production unit.

The machine’s movements are hydraulically driven, contributing to improved accuracy, quieter operation, and longer component life. Material handling is optimized by an underslung indexer system with a retractable shuttle vise on chrome rails, which uses rollers to reduce friction when indexing heavy or rough surface material. Cutting features include a 10 Hp band drive motor, an inverter-controlled variable frequency drive for infinite band speed, and specialized coolant-through carbide-faced saw guide inserts that supply coolant directly to the tooth tips, resulting in straighter cuts and extended blade life. The DC-560NC also includes a hydraulic chip conveyor, hydraulic blade tensioning, and multi-step full stroke vises with a split front vise to reduce vibration and remnant length.
