The DC-700NC is DoALL’s high-performance, dual-column horizontal Production Band Saw in the Continental Series, purpose-built to streamline automated production and improve operational efficiencies in the manufacturing of large components. This machine boasts a substantial cutting capacity of 31 inches in width and 27 inches in height (800 mm x 700 mm). At its core is an NC Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which manages all machine functions, offering easy operator input, 20 job storage with batching capabilities, and multi-lingual support.

Precision and power are delivered through a High-Efficiency Worm Gear Box that transmits full 15 HP motor torque to the blade, coupled with a hydraulic indexer featuring a retractable shuttle vice on chrome rails for highly accurate and repeatable material indexing. The hydraulic system is efficiently designed for low-pressure, quiet operation, promoting longer component life. Cutting integrity is maintained by Coolant Thru Carbide Faced Saw Guide Inserts, which supply coolant directly to the tooth tip, ensuring straighter cuts and maximum blade longevity. Further enhancing its heavy-duty performance are features like hydraulic blade tensioning, vertical hydraulic hold-down fixtures, an adjustable speed auger design chip conveyor, and a 30-degree lay-back head design to minimize band twist and reduce the machine’s footprint.
