The DC-800NC Production Band Saw is a flagship model in DoALL’s Continental Series, designed to meet the demands of high-volume production in foundries, heavy-duty applications, and primary metal supply. As a fully automated Dual-Column horizontal band saw, it delivers both robust build quality and improved production efficiency. Its key feature is the powerful cutting capacity of 39-5 inches in width by 31-5 inches in height (1-000 mm x 800 mm). Precision and stability are guaranteed by the rigid Dual-Column structure and hydraulic accessories operated via digital touch screen controls.

The machine’s advanced automation is handled by a Programmable Logic Controller and a hydraulic retractable shuttle-type index vise on chrome rails, which features a magnetic scale for high accuracy and the ability to retract both jaws to accommodate crooked stock. Productivity is further enhanced by nesting fixtures, allowing the operator to perform multiple-piece cutting. Key mechanical and performance features include a powerful 15 HP band drive motor with an inverter-controlled variable frequency drive, hydraulic blade tensioning to maximize band life, and coolant-through carbide-faced saw guide inserts to ensure straighter cuts and reduce wear.
