The DoALL 4863-VPL Vertical Plate Saw is a heavy-duty specialty band saw designed for plate and block production environments, providing unmatched capacity and efficiency in cutting massive material dimensions. As the largest model in its series, it handles substantial rectangular materials up to 48 inches wide by 63 inches high (1200 mm x 1600 mm), and features an impressive 118-inch (3000 mm) feed length. Power is delivered by a 15 hp blade drive motor, enabling smooth and quick work on very heavy materials, with blade speeds adjustable from 40 to 279 fpm.

Operation is centralized via an easy-to-use touch screen interface and PLC control for all electric and hydraulic functions. To handle the weight of large plates, the machine is equipped with a hydraulic lift roller table and roller alignment system, significantly easing material positioning. The 4863-VPL is designed for continuous production, featuring a blade deviation monitor for quality control, an automatic, heavy-duty chip conveyor to maintain a clean cutting environment, and hydraulic blade guides to ensure cutting precision. The machine can accommodate either a 2-inch or 2-5/8 inch blade option for cutting versatility.
