The DoALL TDC-1000CNC Dual Column CNC Tube Band Saw is an automatic, horizontal power specialty cut-off saw from the Olympia™ series, designed for extreme production environments, particularly metal service centers and tube processors. Built around a robust dual-column structure, the saw head is mounted on linear rails at a unique 10-degree cant, which maximizes stability and significantly increases blade life during high-volume cutting of large tube, pipe, and structural shapes. With a massive capacity, it can cut round tubes up to 40 inches (1000 mm) and rectangles up to 38 inches by 40 inches. Operation is fully automated via a colored Siemens touch screen panel, allowing operators to program and store up to 99 jobs for hands-free operation. Precision indexing is handled by a retractable shuttle-type index vise guided by linear rails, ensuring accuracy even with crooked stock. The cutting process is managed by a programmable modified metered feed system that includes intelligent ARP (Automatic Resistance Protection) and RZP (Rate Zone Programming) functions to automatically regulate feed rates based on material resistance and blade position. Further enhancing durability and performance are features like hydraulic band tension, a 10 hp direct-driven band drive, full-stroke hydraulic vises, and a laser line generator.
