The DoALL ZV-3620 Vertical Contour Band Saw—part of the Zephyr™ series—is a high-speed, high-production machine meticulously engineered for specialized cutting tasks, particularly for exotic materials and friction cutting applications. This saw achieves production cutting rates up to 30 times faster than conventional band saws, thanks to its massive power and speed capability. It is driven by a 15-hp AC inverter motor with a soft start and dynamic braking system. Operators can choose from three extreme speed ranges, with the highest reaching 10,000 to 15,000 fpm, making it the ideal saw for processing hard-to-machine materials like Titanium and Inconel.

The ZV-3620 offers a generous working capacity of 36 inches wide by 20 inches high (914 mm x 508 mm). The machine’s stability and operational precision are ensured by features like 36-inch crowned aluminum bandwheels with replaceable rubber tires, a hydraulic upper saw guide post for easy and precise adjustment, and one set of DoALL High-Speed, Type 3 guide blocks with 1-inch rollers.
