The FBL-530MNC is a heavy-duty horizontal turning lathe within Chevalier’s FBL-500 Series (MC and L models), designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a 45-degree slant-bed structure with a low center of gravity, providing easy access and efficient workpiece changeovers. The machine is built with a torque tube design and ribbed Meehanite® casting, which offers strong support, excellent vibration damping, and resistance to deflection during heavy machining. The MC model variant includes live tooling functionality, enabling additional flexible machining capabilities for complex workpieces.
