The H4040P from ARES SEIKI is a highly productive Horizontal CNC Machining Center built for precision and speed across various industries, including automotive, medical, and 3C electronics. The machine’s core feature is its dual-pallet design, utilizing two 400 mm by 400 mm work tables that maximize uptime by allowing parts to be loaded or unloaded while another part is being machined. Pallet swapping is executed rapidly and reliably via a cam-type exchange mechanism.

Equipped with a Direct Drive BT40 Spindle, the H4040P offers a standard speed of 8-000 RPM, with options up to 15-000 RPM, backed by a 7.5 / 5.5 kW motor (available with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, or Siemens control systems). Its structural rigidity and high dynamics are reflected in the 48 meter per minute rapid traverse rate for the X, Y, and Z axes. With travel lengths of 500 mm (X), 450 mm (Y), and 450 mm (Z), it handles a maximum workpiece size of 560 mm (diameter) by 700 mm (height) with a maximum table load of 300 kg. A 30+1 tool Arm Type ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) ensures quick tool changes in just 2.7 seconds (T-T), further boosting productivity. The machine also includes a large-volume water tank and a chip conveyor for effective thermal and chip management.
