The Kingston HG 34 is a world-class manual oil country lathe designed to tackle the most demanding heavy-duty jobs, especially in the oil field industry. This machine is constructed on a straight bed with heavily ribbed massive support castings providing exceptional rigidity for deep and heavy cuts. At its core is a powerful 20 HP 6-pole main motor controlled by a Mitsubishi inverter drive and a hydraulic brake system. The hardened and ground main spindle features a huge 14.7-inch through bore and is supported by two extra-heavy-duty precision taper roller bearings, ensuring superior accuracy and load capacity. It offers 16 spindle speeds ranging from 5 to 300 RPM for maximum torque availability. Standard equipment includes hardened and ground bedways, a 4-way rapid traverse system, a two-speed tailstock quill, and a pull drawer chip pan.
