The FA-8033 is Vision Wide’s ultimate bridge-type 5-axis CNC machining center built for the most extensive and intricate machining tasks. As the longest model in the FA Series, it combines a robust double column-bridge type structure with a sprawling work envelope, featuring a table dimension of 8-000 mm by 2-450 mm and the ability to handle a maximum load of 24-000 kg. Travel capacity is vast, with 8-100 mm in X-axis, 3-300 mm in Y-axis, and optional Z-axis travel up to 1-200 mm. The machine delivers excellent 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance using a high-accuracy 2-axis head, suitable for applications like mold cutting and highly precise contour finishing.

The powerful spindle system utilizes an HSK-A100 taper and reaches 12-000 RPM, backed by 43 kW of peak power and 205 Nm of peak torque. Precision is maintained through standard XYZ axis linear scale feedback and an advanced thermal compensation system that limits thermal elongation to less than 0-02mm. Rapid traverse rates of 8 m-min in X ensure efficiency across the vast travel distance. Control is managed by a standard HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller, which includes features like Dynamic Collision Monitoring – DCM for operational safety.
