GSF-1627

The GSF-1627 from the GSF Series is a state-of-the-art 5-axis Gantry Type Machining Center designed to deliver superior precision and efficiency for complex parts. Its rigid one-piece structural design provides excellent dynamic performance, ensuring stability during demanding operations like mold cutting and composite angle machining. At the heart of the machine is a high-accuracy 2-axis head with a direct-driven B and C axis and backlashless driving, achieving a 5-axis dynamic rotation synchronization accuracy – TCPM – of just 0-04 mm. The working envelope features an X-axis travel of 1-600 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-700 mm, with a table that supports a load of 3-000 kg-m2. The built-in spindle offers a powerful 50 – 65 kW output and reaches 15-000 RPM. The machine’s high rapid traverse of 32 m-min – X and Y axes – and fast cutting feed rate of 20-000 mm-min effectively shortens tool displacement travel and extends tool life. Controlled by the standard HEIDENHAIN TNC640 and featuring a thermal compensation system, the GSF-1627 is the ideal choice for high-precision manufacturing in applications including Aerospace Aluminum Frames, Automotive Stamping Dies, and general Mechanical Component production.
