The GSF-4032 is a premier model in the GSF Series of Gantry 5 Axis CNC Machines, engineered to provide the best choice for demanding operations like composite angle machining and complex, multi-face processing. The machine’s foundational stability is derived from its structurally rigid one-piece design, which ensures superior dynamic performance and minimizes tool displacement travel, thus extending tool life. It is equipped with a high-accuracy 2-axis head featuring direct-driven B and C rotary axes and backlashless driving, achieving an impressive rotation positioning accuracy of plus-minus 5 seconds. The powerful 15-000 RPM spindle is built in and delivers robust power of 50-65 kW. The spacious working area includes an X-axis travel of 4-000 mm and a Y-axis travel of 3-200 mm, with the table measuring 4-000 mm by 3-200 mm and supporting a load of 3-000 kg per square meter. The GSF-4032 maintains its precision during high-speed motion, boasting rapid traverse rates of 32 m-min in the X and Y axes. Standard features include a HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller, dynamic collision monitoring – DCM, linear scales on all axes, and a thermal compensation system for stable, accurate results in demanding industrial applications such as aerospace structural parts and automotive stamping dies.

It features a robust one-piece structural design for excellent dynamic performance and a large working envelope of 4-000 mm in X and 3-200 mm in Y. Equipped with a high accuracy 2-axis head and a powerful 15-000 RPM built-in spindle, it delivers excellent 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance with a TCPM of 0-04mm and rapid traverse rates up to 32 m-min.
