The GSF-5032 model is a leading solution in the GSF Series, a line of 5-axis Gantry Type Machining Centers built by Vision Wide to offer exceptional dynamic performance for complex, large-scale milling. The machine’s core rigidity is provided by a one-piece structural design that ensures maximum stability during operation. It achieves remarkable accuracy through a high-accuracy 2-axis head equipped with a backlashless driving system on the B and C rotational axes, resulting in an excellent 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance with a TCPM of 0-04mm and rotation positioning accuracy of plus-minus 5 inches.

The powerful spindle system features a Built-in Spindle Direct-Driven on the B-C axis capable of reaching 15-000 RPM with a peak power rating of 65 kW. The generous work envelope accommodates large components with an X-axis travel of 5-000 mm and a Y-axis travel of 3-200 mm, resting on a table measuring 5-000 mm by 3-200 mm. High productivity is guaranteed by fast axis movement, including a rapid traverse of 32 m-min on the XY axes and a cutting feed rate up to 20-000 mm-min. Controlled by a standard HEIDENHAIN TNC640, the GSF-5032 is engineered for specialized industries like Aerospace and Automotive, excelling at mold cutting and highly precise contour finishing of structural parts.
