GSF-6027

The GSF-6027 model is a high-end 5-axis gantry mill designed for demanding, large-volume precision work in industries such as aerospace and automotive stamping die manufacturing. Its rigid one-piece structural construction ensures excellent dynamic performance and minimal tool displacement, offering the best choice for composite angle machining. The machine’s core is a high-accuracy 2-axis head with backlashless driving on the B and C axes, achieving a rotation positioning accuracy of plus-minus 5 seconds and an impressive 5-axis dynamic synchronization accuracy of 0-04mm – TCPM. It offers a generous work area with an X-axis travel of 6-000 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-700 mm. Power is delivered by a 15-000 RPM built-in spindle with up to 65 kW S6 of power. Motion is fast and precise, with a rapid traverse of 32 m-min in XY and a cutting feed rate of up to 20-000 mm-min. Standard precision features include dual linear scales on the X-axis and a HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller with DCM – Dynamic Collision Monitoring and a thermal compensation system for consistent, reliable results.
