The GSF-6032 model is a top-tier machine in the GSF Series of 5-axis Gantry Type Machining Centers, providing an effective solution for composite angle machining and multi-face milling on large components. This machine delivers excellent 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance for demanding operations, including mold cutting, highly precise contour finishing, milling, drilling, and tapping. Structurally, the GSF-6032 has an excellent dynamic performance on a one-piece gantry structure and is fitted with a high-accuracy 2-axis head to ensure its continuous 5-axis dynamic rotation synchronization accuracy remains at a world-class 0-04mm TCPM.

The machine’s powerful drive system includes a 50 kW – 65 kW built-in spindle running at 15-000 RPM. It features a backlashless driving system on the B and C rotational axes, maintaining a rotation positioning accuracy of plus-minus 5 seconds. The generous working envelope includes an X-axis travel of 6-000 mm and a Y-axis travel of 3-200 mm, with the 6-000 mm by 3-200 mm table supporting heavy loads. High-speed performance is guaranteed by rapid traverse rates of 32 m-min on the XY-axes and 20 m-min on the Z-axis, alongside a maximum cutting feed rate of 20-000 mm-min. Control is managed by the standard HEIDENHAIN TNC640 system, which includes HEIDENHAIN DCM – Dynamic Collision Monitoring. This high-precision gantry mill is perfectly suited for complex parts in Aerospace, Automotive, and Mechanical Component manufacturing.
