AGS-1020AHD

This grinder is built with a reinforced high column and heavyweight Meehanite casting, ensuring high rigidity during operation. It offers 3 axes auto movement, making it easy to operate and maintain, with functions including auto surface and plunge downfeed (downfeed is now counter-clockwise).

The high-performance spindle is a 2 HP direct drive unit equipped with four ABEC-7 angular contact ball bearings for superior grinding accuracy. The machine incorporates a Dual Hydraulic Pump System, dedicating one pump each for the auto incremental downfeed and table longitudinal travel, supported by a large volume hydraulic tank. The table utilizes one V and one flat table way, while the crossfeed uses Double-V ways. An Auto-Lube System is included to protect the guideways.

The AGS-1020AHD comes as a complete package, including a parallel dresser, a dust suction and coolant system, a halogen light, and a magnetic chuck. The machine operates on a 24-volt circuit control.
