This base is paired with the saddle traveling on hand-scraped double V guideways that are coated with Turcite-B, ensuring smooth movement, enhanced wear resistance, and long-term geometric accuracy.

This grinder offers 3-Axis fully automatic operation and includes dedicated grinding cycles for both surface and plunge applications, simplifying complex grinding tasks. At the core of its performance is the high-precision cartridge-type spindle, which utilizes four pieces of Class 7 angular contact ball bearings.
