As Fixed Beam Double Column Grinders, these machines feature a rigid, stationary cross-rail supported by twin columns, providing a solid structure that minimizes vibration and deflection during heavy-duty operation. The series offers models with grinding widths up to 59.1 inches and grinding lengths reaching 157.5 inches, and can manage table loads up to 14,300 lbs (6,500 kg), making them ideal for the biggest grinding jobs.

Under the hood, these grinders are equipped with a high-precision cartridge-type spindle featuring four pieces of Class 7 (P4) angular contact ball bearings for maximum running accuracy. The feeding axes, including cross-feed and down-feed, utilize precision C3 grade ball screws that are directly coupled to powerful Delta AC servo motors, ensuring extremely fine and repeatable positioning. Longitudinal movement of the wheelhead is governed by a roller-type linear guideway design to maintain smooth and consistent travel.
