The GF16S is a series of compact, CBN crankshaft grinders that achieve high-accuracy grinding at high speed. This model extends the capabilities of the series to accommodate slightly longer workpieces compared to its counterpart.

The DD system reduces the weight and lowers the center of gravity of the wheelhead, significantly improving its responsiveness and capability to follow complex profiles for ultra-precise grinding. This is further supported by JTEKT’s proprietary technologies: the TOYODA STAT BEARING and a floating plate, which are essential to eliminating bearing wear and ensuring long-term stable accuracy.

The GF16S-32 is designed to combine processes, allowing for both outer diameter grinding and shoulder grinding to be completed in a single setup, thereby boosting production efficiency. Operators interact with the machine using the reliable and capable Toyoda GC70 controls.
