The Dynamic-2060G (Model 2060GA) is a heavy-duty, high-speed engine lathe designed for precision and durability. It provides a generous 20 inch swing and a 60 inch length capacity for processing medium to large workpieces. The machine’s stability is anchored by a new welded steel construction machine base and hardened and ground Meehanite casting bedways that ensure long-lasting accuracy and rigidity. The spindle is driven by a powerful 10 HP single-speed motor and features a 3-1-16 inch bore with a D1-8 camlock spindle nose, accommodating larger bar stock. The headstock provides 16 spindle speeds ranging from a slow, high-torque 30 RPM up to a high-speed 1,500 RPM.

The fully enclosed quick-change gearbox allows direct selection of a wide variety of threads, including 40 kinds of Metric pitch threads (0-5 to 7 mm per pitch), 14 kinds of Inch pitch threads (4 to 56 TPI), and a comprehensive selection of Module Pitch and Diametral Pitch threads. Safety and convenience features include an interlock mechanism that prevents simultaneous feed and threading operations, an automatic longitudinal multiple feed stop, and essential accessories like a built-in coolant system, full-length splash guard, and both a 12-inch 3-Jaw and 4-Jaw chuck.
