The Clausing 2VSCNC ATLAS CNC Vertical Mill is designed as an affordable, heavy-duty solution for shops requiring flexibility between manual and CNC milling. This machine comes standard with the ACU-RITE Mill Power Control, allowing operators to utilize the mill manually with a Digital Readout (DRO), perform semi-automatic operations, or engage full 2-Axis CNC control for X and Y axes movements.

The mill boasts a solid construction featuring Meehanite Castings for superior rigidity and wear resistance. It includes a 9-inch x 49-inch table with a load capacity of 700 lbs, providing a generous work area. All ways- Table, Knee, and Column- are Dovetail design and are Hardened and Ground for precision and longevity.

The spindle is driven by a 3 HP variable speed motor, which provides an infinitely variable speed range from 60 to 4,300 RPM, split into a Low Range of 60-500 RPM and a High Range of 550-4300 RPM, ensuring optimal cutting conditions across various materials. Key features enhancing precision and longevity include Ground Ball Screws, Chromed and Ground Quill, and ABEC 7-CP4 Spindle Bearings. The mill also offers 30 inches of longitudinal (X) travel and 11-5 inches of cross (Y) travel. Operator convenience is ensured with features like an Articulating Head for Compound Angles, One-shot lubrication, a Coolant System, and a Hand-operated Spindle Brake.
