The GMV-205F is a Super Heavy Duty 40-Taper Milling Machine designed to handle demanding production and toolroom applications. This machine boasts a large 12-inch by 51-inch work table and is powered by a robust 75-horsepower spindle motor paired with a 40 NST NMTB spindle taper. The spindle offers infinitely variable speeds ranging from 90 to 3500 RPM for optimal cutting performance across various materials. A key feature is the programmable servo control and ballscrew drive on the X and Y table travels, which provides superior accuracy and repeatability over traditional manual feeds. Operators benefit from an integral Digital Position Readout in the X and Y axes and a digital control touch panel with an LED spindle speed readout for easy monitoring. The GMV-205F is also available with an optional horizontal spindle, making it a versatile powerhouse for both vertical and horizontal milling operations.
