The A3020SD is a robust and efficient Dual Pallet Changer system engineered by MIDACO to convert wasted setup time into productive machining time. This package features a Series 30A pneumatic receiver that boasts a 1000 LB (454 kgs) capacity (weight evenly distributed), allowing for heavy workpieces to be handled safely and accurately. The system includes four 30 inch by 19 inch (762mm x 482.6mm) end load cast aluminum pallets that are quickly exchanged using the shuttle unit. The automatic door and integrated indicator lamp simplify operation and provide a safety barrier during the process. With the A3020SD, operators can prepare a new job or unload a finished one on the exterior pallet while the machine is running, thereby achieving unmatched spindle utilization and dramatically increasing overall output. A 2000 LB capacity receiver upgrade is also available for exceptionally heavy applications.
