The system comes standard with a robust Series 30A pneumatic receiver boasting a 1-000 lb (454 kgs) capacity—with a 2-000 lb option available—and includes four high-quality 40 inch by 24 inch by 1-1/2 inch Cast Aluminum Pallets that load from the end of the machine table.

Automation is managed by the Series 40 End Load Shuttle unit, which is equipped with an Automatic Door and an indicator lamp. This design ensures safe, rapid, and precise pallet transfer into the machine’s work envelope, consistently delivering workpieces to the zero point.
