The A3016SDR4CICELC Pallet Pool is a premier automation solution from Midaco- built to significantly reduce machine downtime and boost throughput in manufacturing. This Automatic CE 4-Pallet Pool System is specifically configured for International Export Outside of the Continental United States and is designed to integrate seamlessly with your Vertical Machining Center. It comes complete with four precision-machined 30 inch by 15-5 inch cast iron pallets, each capable of handling a 1-000 lb (454 kg) evenly distributed load, ensuring high rigidity and stability for heavy workpieces.

The system includes a Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver and a Series 30R End Load Shuttle unit. This shuttle is fully equipped with an Automatic Door and advanced safety guarding provided by a light emitter- mirrors- and sensors (a three-sided light curtain on newer models), which protect the operator during pallet change sequences. The entire system’s operation is fully integrated with the VMC via M-codes, allowing for high-speed- automated pallet exchanges. By loading and unloading workpieces outside the machine while another part is being machined, the A3016SDR4CICELC effectively turns your VMC into a high-production cell, enabling lights-out or weekend manufacturing.
