The GEN TURN 32-NCY is a 4-Axis CNC Mill – Turn Lathe that offers exceptional capability and precision, primarily for Swiss-style machining. It operates with a sliding headstock (Z-axis travel of 6-5 inches) and is controlled across four axes-X, Y, Z, and C-with a High-Performance C-Axis providing 360-000 radial positions for intricate angular work. A key feature is the True Y-Axis with 19-3 inch (490 mm) travel, which greatly enhances off-center milling and drilling capabilities. The machine boasts a maximum bar capacity of 1-3-8 inches (36 mm), fed by a powerful 10 HP main spindle with a speed range of 100 – 6-000 RPM.

The tooling system is robust, featuring a total of 18 tool stations, including 6 turning stations and 5 internal static tool stations. For complex work, the integrated Driven Tool System provides 7 live tools-four cross-working and three axial-with a speed range up to 4-000 RPM. All axes utilize linear ways and high-precision, double-nut ballscrews, allowing for rapid traverse rates of 1-181 IPM and an exceptional minimum programmable input of 0-0001 inch (0-001 mm). The machine’s high rigidity and accuracy are further supported by a 5-ball-bearing spindle and included features like a parts catcher and chip auger for continuous, automated production.
