The GEN TURN 36-CS is an advanced model in the EXPAND GEN TURN Mill Turns series, engineered as a 7-Axis CNC Swiss Screw Turning Machine Lathe capable of operating Without Guide Bushings, making it highly efficient for standard length bar stock. This machine is built for the simultaneous and precise production of complex parts, utilizing Simultaneous Main and Sub-Spindle CNC Swiss Machining. The main spindle features a powerful 10 HP motor and reaches a maximum speed of 6-000 RPM with a 5-bearing configuration. The maximum bar capacity is 1-3-8 inch 36 mm with an adapter.

A key feature is its multi-axis capability, including Dual C-Axis control and a true Y-Axis travel of 19-29 inches, enabling greater complexity and flexibility in machining.
