CNV-1050

The CAMPRO CNV-1050 is a key model within the CNV Series of High Efficiency Vertical Machining Centers– specifically engineered to deliver superior accuracy and high metal removal rates. The machine’s foundation is a robust cast-iron construction rigorously designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and advanced 3D software to achieve maximum rigidity and stability. All major travel axes are equipped with precision linear guideways and direct drive servo motors for highly accurate and dynamic machining movements. The Z-axis is uniquely designed without a counter-balance, which further ensures reliable machining accuracy and responsiveness.

As a high-efficiency machine, the CNV-1050 is built for speed and productivity, featuring a No. 40 taper spindle capable of speeds up to 15,000 rpm (optional). This allows for rapid material removal and excellent surface finishes. In addition to performance, the CNV-1050 prioritizes the operator, with an ergonomic design that makes chip disposal easy and includes a movable control panel that swivels up to 75 degrees, effectively reducing operator fatigue and increasing working efficiency. This combination of structural rigidity- high-speed capacity- and user-friendly features makes the CNV-1050 an ideal VMC for high-throughput precision machining.
