CNV-750

The CNV-750 is a leading model in the CAMPRO CNV Series, engineered for high efficiency and high metal removal rates, particularly excelling in the demanding Die & Mold application. Its core structure features high-grade cast-iron construction, with the design validated using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and advanced 3D software to ensure maximum rigidity and accuracy.

All three axes are equipped with precision linear guide ways and direct-drive servo motors, which couple without a counter-balance on the Z-axis, further enhancing machining accuracy and rapid travel (up to 30 m/min). The standard No. 40 taper spindle offers a powerful 7.5 / 11 kW motor and a standard speed of 8,000 rpm, with high-speed options available up to 15,000 rpm. The machine features a robust 850 \ x 430 mm table that supports a maximum loading weight of 300 kg.

To enhance productivity and reduce non-cutting time, the CNV-750 includes an Arm-type Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a 20-tool capacity (optional 16), boasting a rapid tool-to-tool time of 2.5 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of just 7 seconds. The machine’s design is ergonomically focused, with features like an easy-to-manage chip disposal system and a control panel that can swivel 0 to 75 degrees, specifically engineered to reduce operator fatigue and increase overall working efficiency.
