All three axes are equipped with precision linear guide ways and direct-drive servo motors, which couple without a counter-balance on the Z-axis, further enhancing machining accuracy and rapid travel (up to 30 m/min). The standard No. 40 taper spindle offers a powerful 7.5 / 11 kW motor and a standard speed of 8,000 rpm, with high-speed options available up to 15,000 rpm.
