The machine’s foundation is built upon a structure of high-quality cast iron that has been heat-treated to relieve internal stress, thereby assuring maximum long-term rigidity and accuracy. Stability is further upgraded by the use of traditional box ways on all three axes– providing excellent stability and dampening capability for heavy cuts and large workpieces.

With an approximate X-axis travel of 1-400 mm, the CPV-1400B handles substantial components. It features a high-performance 10-000 rpm BT-40 spindle– utilizing a belt-type drive and rigid class P4 angular contact ball bearings for reliable operation. Precision is maintained through pretensioned class C3 precision ball screws on all axes, which eliminate backlash, and the utilization of precision hand scraping on both bonded Turcite-B and cast iron surfaces to minimize wear and preserve accuracy over time. Thermal stability is ensured by a standard spindle oil cooler and a superior circulation system. Furthermore, the CPV-1400B includes an automatic lubrication unit with intelligent pressure failure detection and a rapid 24-tool arm type ATC with a tool-to-tool change time of approximately 2-5 seconds– making it a versatile and highly efficient machining solution.
