NV-1020

The NV-1020 is a highly efficient Vertical Machining Center from the CAMPRO NV Series, designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability in high-demand manufacturing environments. This machine addresses modern aesthetic needs while integrating advanced technical features to ensure maximum precision and longevity. Its unique structure includes a thermal symmetry design around the spindle loops, which actively works to decrease thermal deformation during long, continuous operation, thereby increasing overall accuracy and stability.

The machine’s dynamic performance is built upon heavy-duty roller-type linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes- providing the ideal integration of heavy cutting capability and fast, rapid traverse rates up to 36 m-min. Precision is further secured by pretensioned class C3 precision ballscrews on all axes, which eliminate backlash. The Z-axis is driven by a powerful servo motor equipped with a brake- effectively replacing the traditional counter-balance to ensure the optimal surface accuracy needed for fine 3D contour machining. Structurally, the one-piece column is designed with a shoulder to rigidly support the arm-type Automatic Tool Changer, minimizing vibration during tool exchanges (as fast as 2-5 seconds tool-to-tool) and boosting machine stability. The NV-1020 is also a smart machine- capable of connecting to Campro’s ERP and IIoT systems for Online Machine Monitoring and CPK Statistical Analysis- ready for the factory of the future.
