The machine’s innovative design is built upon a high-quality cast iron structure that has been heat-treated to relieve stress, assuring maximum rigidity and accuracy throughout its operational life.

A key feature is the incorporation of Box Ways on all three axes (X, Y, Z), which substantially upgrades stability and dampening capability compared to linear guides, especially during heavy cutting. Precision is further guaranteed by pretensioned class C3 precision ball screws on all three axes and meticulous precision hand scraping on both the bonded Turcite-B and cast iron surfaces to reduce wear and maintain machine longevity.

The CPV-1050B features a large work envelope with travels of X: 1050 mm, Y: 530 mm, and Z: 780 mm, supporting a max table load of 1,000 kg. It is equipped with a powerful BT-40 spindle reaching 10,000 rpm, which is maintained at a constant temperature by a standard spindle oil cooler. Tooling is handled by a fast 24-position arm-type Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with an impressive tool-to-tool change time of just 2.5 seconds, while rapid traverse rates are 30 m/min in all three axes. The machine also includes an automatic lubrication unit with an intelligent pressure failure detection function for reliable, cost-saving operation.
